Blood Citrine Point with Phantom
Origin - Minas Gerais, BrazilWeight - 124.6 g / 4.40 oz Size - 2.85” x 1.63” x 1.16”- Please read measurements - You will receive the exact item pictured This particular variety of Citrine is highly sought after by collectors and healers alike due to its unique coloration, formation process, and energetic properties.Citrine is a variety of Quartz that gets its yellow to orange hue from trace amounts of iron within the crystal lattice. The Blood Citrine variety, however, shows unusually deep shades of red, burnt orange, and golden yellow, making it stand out from more common Citrines. This coloration is believed to result from:1. High iron content during crystallization. 2. Prolonged natural heating within the Earth’s crust. 3. Geochemical influences unique to Minas Gerais.Unlike most commercial Citrine, which is heat-treated Amethyst, Blood Citrine is completely natural, making it more valuable to gemologists and collectors.Due to the nature of this product some variations in appearance may occur due to lighting conditions during photography. With it being a product of the earth some naturally occurring imperfections such as cracks and blemishes may be present. I do my best to photograph these items so that you will see any of the above.
